Over 6 weeks, you'll learn to regulate your nervous system using two of the most powerful tools available: your breath and music. No prior musical experience needed - I'll teach you simple guitar techniques designed specifically for nervous system regulation.

  • 6 weekly 1:1 sessions (60 minutes via Zoom or phone) where we work on your specific patterns and triggers.

  • Customized weekly practices between sessions - simple breathwork and guitar exercises (10-15 min/day)

  • Direct access to me via text/email for support when you need it between sessions

  • All session recordings so you can revisit what we covered

I was not always like this. I used to be angry most of the time. I felt anxious every day. My chest and hips hurt from stress. I snapped at people I loved. I drank too much. I talked about big dreams, but I never followed through. I felt stuck and tired of my own excuses.

Three years ago, I started studying the nervous system and intentionally using using simple guitar and breathing to calm my body. Everything changed. I stopped drinking. My anxiety is gone. I sleep well. I work out every week. I am patient with my wife and kids. I finished my second Master’s degree. I wrote and released the book I always talked about. I laugh more. I have energy.
