We'll map your triggers, your patterns, and your body's stress signals so you can catch dysregulation early.
2. The 2-Minute Reset (Simple Guitar + Breathwork)
You'll master the exact technique I use every day to shift from overwhelmed to regulated in under 2 minutes.
No guitar experience needed. No music theory. Just a practical tool you can use anywhere, anytime.
3. Building Your Daily Practice
Regulation isn't a one-time fix. It's a daily practice.
We'll design a sustainable routine that fits your life as a busy dad—something you'll actually do, not just "should" do.
4. Breaking Old Patterns
We'll identify the behaviors you use to escape (drinking, distraction, shutting down) and replace them with regulation techniques.
You'll learn how to respond instead of react—so you stop snapping at your kids, numbing out, or lying awake spiraling.
5. Accountability & Support
Weekly check-ins to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your practice.
Plus Voxer access between sessions when you need real-time support or guidance.
HOW IT WORKS
Initial Breakthrough Session (90 Minutes)
We'll map your current state, identify your biggest nervous system triggers, and create your personalized regulation plan.
You'll leave with clarity on what's actually happening in your body—and a concrete action plan to start regulating immediately.
Weekly Coaching Calls (45 Minutes)
Every week, we'll refine your practice, troubleshoot what's working (and what's not), and track your progress.
These aren't generic pep talks. These are strategic sessions focused on nervous system regulation and pattern breaking.
Voxer Access Between Sessions
Text or voice message me when you're struggling, when you have a breakthrough, or when you just need accountability.
I respond within 24 hours (usually faster). You're not alone in this.
Duration: 3-Month Minimum
Why 3 months? Because nervous system regulation takes consistency.
You didn't get dysregulated overnight. You won't regulate overnight either.
But in 3 months of daily practice and weekly support, you'll see real, measurable shifts.

Do I need to own a guitar?
Not to get started, but you'll want one within the first few weeks. I'll help you choose an affordable acoustic guitar that works for your body and budget.
Do I need guitar experience?
No. Zero experience needed. This isn't about learning music—it's about regulating your nervous system through sound.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. We can reschedule with 24-hour notice. No-shows forfeit that week's session.
Can I do this if I'm in therapy?
Absolutely. This work complements therapy. I'm not replacing your therapist—I'm teaching you practical regulation tools.
What if I don't drink alcohol?
This isn't just for people struggling with alcohol. It's for any man who uses escape mechanisms (distraction, shutting down, avoidance, overworking) to cope with stress.
Do you offer single sessions?
No. Nervous system regulation requires consistency. 3 months is the minimum commitment.
