YOUR ANXIETY IS TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING, BUT ARE YOU LISTENING?

I’m here to guide those who are ready for transformation toward a journey of growth and positive change—just as I experienced myself. I work with individuals who may feel uncertain about the possibility of change, those who find themselves anxious, overwhelmed, or searching for relief through less healthy means. Together, we’ll move beyond these challenges, unlocking a mindset that sees change not only as possible but as a natural, achievable path.

Join my email club and you'll get the strategies that I use.

~Laura KR, School Social Worker

~ Angie J., School Guidance Counselor

Through Jake Paul’s honest and heartfelt story telling of his greatest family and personal trauma in “Hollow,” Jake is able to not only draw his readers into his emotional journey, but he is able to help us as readers better understand our own trauma.  As a school social worker, I strongly recommend this book to those in need of an authentic and inspirational read.

"Triumph in spite of trauma. True message of hope, perseverence, and faith. Thank you for blessing others with your memoir & an inspirational message of the power of providence and hope." ~Peggy G.

An inspiring and uplifting story! Jake provides deep insight into how coping mechanisms (in his case music), viewing behavior as a symptom and form of communication, building off of strong relationships and keeping an open mind are essential to overcoming childhood trauma and finding hope, joy and peace. A must read for anyone who is working to overcome their own trauma as well as those who work with children who may be experiencing trauma!

"The book is an easy read with a very powerful message. I needed to read this today and I’m glad I did. Thank you for sharing your story."~Kendra G
